Darren is a highly experienced professional with more than a decade of experience in the energy sector, specialising in void energy services. Prior to TSM, he was Director of Property Partnership at OVO Energy for eight years. During this time, he was responsible for providing void energy services to property management companies. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Darren is adept at addressing any energy-related challenges.

Chris Davis
Chris is a seasoned professional with more than 14 years of experience in void energy. He has managed teams at Spark Energy and Greenstar Energy. As Chief Operating Officer at TSM, he oversees the Support Team. Chris uses his extensive market understanding to address non-standard matters and resolve complex industry challenges effectively.

Gemma Hanlon
Gemma is a highly experienced professional with more than 25 years of experience in customer service, focusing on the utility industry for a decade, specifically in the electricity sector. Prior to becoming the Head of Operations, Gemma honed her skills at the DNO, overseeing both office and field teams responsible for setting up new connections for properties. With significant experience in customer service and leadership positions, Gemma brings a deep understanding of operational excellence to her current role, guaranteeing the delivery of efficient and effective services.

Lucia Thomas
Lucia brings over 20 years of customer service expertise to TSM, having joined the company at its beginning. Her passion lies with TSM, where she cherishes the company, her colleagues and our clients. Each day is unique, especially when dealing with energy companies, which can be unpredictable. Despite the company's growth, maintaining customer satisfaction remains a top priority, driving Lucia and her team to exceed expectations.
Team Leader
Jess Adams
Jess brings customer service experience from a retail background and administrative skills from a finance company. Since joining TSM in May 2023, Jess has gained extensive knowledge and has recently been promoted to team leader. She finds working with the TSM team fulfilling, and is currently pursuing her goal of becoming an accountant through TSM. She is eager to see where her journey at TSM leads her in the future.

Alice Richardson
Alice joined TSM in August 2023 having gained more than a decade of experience in customer service within the retail sector. This background has helped with her interpersonal skills and ability to address problems quickly in a high-pressure environment. The best thing about her current role is the team she is part of, where people work hard and support each other when needed.

Senior Partner Manager
Hallie Harding
Hallie became a part of TSM in July 2023, bringing experience from a service and maintenance background. She has effectively used these skills in her role at TSM, which has helped her transition into a different industry. Recently, Hallie has enrolled on an HR course with the support of TSM and is excited for the opportunity to progress within the company. Her favourite aspect of the role is working with her colleagues to resolve clients energy issues.
Entertainer
Snoop
Snoop joined us when he was just two and a half years old. He is a very affectionate and sociable pet, although he can be a bit clingy at times. He loves his role as the doggy MD at TSM, freely joining and leaving meetings as he pleases, providing comfort and relief from stress. Snoop looks forward to going to work during the week and especially enjoys starting his Monday mornings at the office.
