Established in 2020 by industry experts Darren Ypey and Chris Davis, TSM Void Energy Service brings together over 20 years of combined experience. Our main goal is to support social landlords in efficiently managing energy-related matters in empty properties. With a vast portfolio spanning from Scotland to Cornwall and a focus on swift power restoration, we aim to help clients quickly re-let properties to new tenants. Our dedicated team excels in offering straightforward solutions that save you time and money when addressing energy issues in empty properties. We provide various services, including power restoration, debt clearance, emergency meter replacements, prepay top-up services, and delivery of new electric keys and gas cards. History
In December 2020, we signed our first energy contract with EDF Energy for our void energy service. This was a significant milestone for both our company and EDF Energy, as it marked the first time they had provided this service. We were proud to have partnered with such a reputable and innovative energy provider.
In June 2020, TSM was founded with a vision to provide innovative solutions to our customers. Since then, we have been working tirelessly to achieve our goals and make an impact in the industry.

In January 2021, TSM signed its first agreement with LiveWest Housing Association, which manages 34,000 properties. This marked an important milestone for TSM and highlights our commitment to providing top-notch services to our clients.
In March 2021, TSM made noteworthy progress by securing five new social landlords for our void energy service.
In Autumn 2021, the UK faced an energy crisis. Despite the lack of support from energy partners due to high costs, we continued to provide our service to our clients. In fact, we were able to win an additional 30 clients during this time and recruited more staff to meet the demand.

In 2022, TSM achieved a significant milestone by securing agreements with Sanctuary Housing Group and Sovereign Housing Group. As a result, we were delivering a fully managed void energy service for a total of 160,000 properties. This achievement doubled our size in managed properties.
In 2023, TSM experienced significant growth, managing over 600,000 properties for more than 60 clients across the UK. TSM relocated to bigger premises in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire and welcomed 8 new partner managers to support the expanding client base. Additionally, TSM secured a three-year deal with OVO Energy and a 12-month deal with British Gas to continue providing exceptional service to their clients.
